Below we will answer some of the most frequently asked questions, shipping info, pickup, policies etc.
1: Local Pickups - Please note once your order is ready for pickup we send both an email & a text message, ONCE. It is up to you as the customer to respond with the date you would like to pick up. Prompt pickup is appreciated, orders will only be held for 30 days. Once the 30 days has passed, the items will be donated and NO REFUND will be issued.
2.We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless deemed necessary. All products are final sale. If you have concerns, please reach out & we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Q: Can I use the lotion on my face?
A: We personally do! If you have sensitive skin or sensitivity to scents, we recommend using scent free.
Q: Are the products good for eczema, psoriasis etc?
A: I formulated our lotion specifically for my own struggles with dry skin & eczema. All of our products are made with this in mind, gentle yet effective. I use each and every product on my own skin that can be very dry, sensitive etc. Everyone's skin is different, like any product, I recommend testing on a small patch of skin prior to use.
